Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required—your order will be securely packaged and delivered right to your door. Processing times differ based on the item you order—

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery Time: Expect your delivery within 3-7 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping

Need your Ice Dazzle jewelry faster? We offer expedited shipping options at checkout:

• 2-Day Shipping: Receive your order within 2 business days for an additional fee.
• Next-Day Shipping: Get it delivered the very next business day for those last-minute gifts or special occasions.

*Note - next day delivery is only available on select items and varies based on distance from your delivery location.

Made-on-order: Custom designed, hand-crafted to spec, delivered with care

For our made-to-order or custom creations, extra time is required to design, craft, and perfect your one-of-a-kind piece.

Processing Time: 

• Made-on-order items - typically require 1 week prior to entering production. This varies depending on the complexity of the design.
• Expect 2-3 weeks for you made-on-order items to be delivered—there are exceptions for items that require more time than usual, it that's the case you will be notified via email.
• Custom rings take 1-2 weeks for design and pre-production—production takes on average 1 week. Expect 3-4 weeks from the time you place your order to receive your custom ring orders.

Delivery Time: 

• Once ready, your item will be shipped via expedited air delivery
• We are partnered with UPS, Fedex, and DHL:

• We aim to have your items delivered within 2 business days in the US.

• Delivery Time: International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days after processing, depending on your location.
